Overview
- We offer a training using the empowerment method.
- After the training is given to a company, offer an in depth analysis on the company to see how the company can improve and keep on improving its CSR policy.
- After the training is given Mizizi Foundation stays in touch with the companies in a consulting role.
- Mizizi Foundation aims to train trainers in business schools in order to start a chain reaction.
i. Companies
The first day of the training will be a 4 hour introduction and will contain the theory of CSR and SE.
The follow up will consist of an intensive training of 3 days of approximately 8 hours:
- The first day, the theory will be about the triple p approach and CSR best practices and the training will also be filled with some practice; a stakeholder game and a CSR case study.
- The second day will be about leadership and the art of good questioning. Besides that, the practical part will be about CSR policy
- The last day will be all about CSR in the company Mizizi is training.s
